DO YOU CREATE BESPOKE STATIONERIES/PRODUCTS BASED ON AN IDEA FROM A CUSTOMER?

Yes! We create bespoke wedding stationeries/products but we only take on a limited number of custom orders each year so please contact us as soon as possible about your request.

CAN YOUR EXISTING PRODUCTS BE CUSTOMISED?

Yes! All products can be customized to a certain extent. If you would like custom design services for event collaterals, please email us at nigel@madebycommonhands.com with your event date, product quantities and details, and we’d be happy to discuss further with you.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Yes! We primarily work with our clients through e-mail. In addition to this, shipping internationally is not a problem and just might be cheaper than you think.

ARE THERE EXTRA FEES TO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, but we can give you an estimate before you proceed with your order. We accept international orders and are able to dispatch to all countries via SingPost.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of the items in your order and the location of the shipping address. You will be receiving a tracking number from us once your order has been dispatched.

International orders may be subject to additional customs fees and duties. Common Hands will not be responsible for any taxes, duty, confiscations and any other further additional charges that may be implemented by the laws & regulations of your country.

We do our very best to accommodate special delivery requests from our customers! Please email us and we will do our best. These may be subject to additional costs.

DO YOU ACCEPT WHOLESALE ORDERS?

Yes, we do! Please use our contact form or email us your enquiry on wholesale orders at nigel@madebycommonhands.com. Don’t forget to let us know a little more about your company, shop, business and the quantity you are looking at and we will get back to you soon.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ITEMS?

All payments are made either through direct bank transfer or cash.

For direct bank transfers, please kindly let us know when you have made payment by emailing us so that we can check and process your order.

HOW DOES THE ORDER PROCESS WORK?

Our online shop is straight forward and easy to use. For personalised products simply fill in the details on the product page and for wedding invites simply follow the steps to create your custom invite. We will email you shortly afterwards to confirm the details, followed by a proposed design within 14 working days for approval.

CAN YOU TAILOR SOMETHING WITHIN MY BUDGET?

Of course! A great amount of detail and time goes into creating each custom order catered to each client’s preferences. Hence, custom orders tend to cost much more than the items in our shop and a design fee will apply.

However, we do offer a variety of options and will try our best to work within your budget. Please do not hesitate to contact us no matter what your budget is. We’ll see what we can do!

DO YOU DESIGN FOR EVENTS BESIDES WEDDINGS?

Yes! Other than weddings, we’ve also done collaterals for restaurants, parties and home décor. We are open to any work that you have in mind and will be happy to discuss your requirements with you.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE CUSTOMISED ORDERS?

This will depend on the product and quantity. For example, wedding invites and favors can take up to 3-6 months to design and print/make so please contact us early. We will work with you closely to come up with a schedule tailored to your needs.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY CUSTOMISED ORDER?

We will email you to confirm the details after you place your customized order. Once you confirm this, your order is non-refundable. Please note that upon final approval of the design of your customized order, we cannot accept returns due to errors (e.g. misspelled words) unless the error was made at our end. By approving the final proof, you accept responsibility for the information and layout as shown. If errors are discovered after approval, we will charge for a reproduction.
